Purpose and operator
Calendar Precision is an independent calendar utility developed by Josh Levy for personal use. It connects a local Codex workflow to Google Calendar for reading, creating, updating, and reviewing events. This website provides information about the utility; it does not provide a hosted calendar service or a web sign-in.
Your responsibilities
Use the integration only with accounts and calendars you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the requests you make and for reviewing the calendar, dates, times, time zones, event visibility, availability, and notification settings before a change is applied.
Creation and update tools default to a preview, and guest-update emails default to off. Those defaults can be changed in a tool request. An applied update changes the event in Google Calendar. Check important results directly in Google Calendar; the local change log is a record, not an automatic undo feature.
Keep your device and authorization credentials secure. Do not use the integration to gain unauthorized access, disclose information without permission, or disrupt another person’s calendar.
Availability and limitations
The utility is provided as available. It can contain errors and depends on Google Calendar, Codex, network access, and a working local setup. No guarantee is made that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Do not rely on Calendar Precision as the sole record or reminder for an important obligation. Maintain appropriate records and confirm critical details independently.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the utility is provided without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Google and OpenAI provide separate services governed by their own terms. Calendar Precision is not endorsed by either provider.
Privacy and data
The privacy policy explains the broad Google permission currently requested, data returned to Codex, local change logs, and available controls. Review it before authorizing or using the integration.
Stopping use, changes, and contact
You can stop using the utility at any time, disable its connection in Codex, and revoke Google access. Stopping use does not undo calendar changes or automatically delete existing records.
